The training app for people who fall off.

Not the ones who show up no matter what. The ones who lose two weeks to work, a month to a bad shoulder, and a summer to nothing in particular.

left shoulder, flagged80lb

Trained today and still injured. The app hatches the flagged region rather than colouring it, because a coloured muscle would read as a training load.

Move the gap. Watch it decide.

This is the real rule from the app, running here with no account. Drag it to however long you have actually been off.

Long enough that the old number is a guess. You set the new one.

No streak broke. Nothing reset. The number went down on purpose and it goes back up as you train.

It remembers the injury.

You tell it once, in your own words, that your left shoulder is bad on pressing. From then on the app owns that fact. Here is what it does to one number, on one lift, months later.

The ceiling does not expire and it does not drift upward on its own. The weight will not climb back to what hurt you because the calendar says a while has passed. No other training app on the market persists an injury this way; most will happily suggest the weight that did the damage.

Gym Mode showing a chest press capped at 80 lb by a left shoulder flag, with the ceiling drawn above the weight.
The actual screen, mid-set. The ceiling is drawn above the weight as a rule, so the number visibly sits beneath a limit rather than being coloured like a warning.

This is what a real year looks like.

Two good months, a fortnight gone, a scrappy return, then a summer of nothing. Every app you have used would have drawn this as a broken streak and a run of red.

The blanks are the point. They are not holes, they are not marked, and nothing anywhere in the app counts how many of them there were in a row.

What it does not have.

These are decisions, not a roadmap. None of them is coming.

It is invite only.

There is no open signup and no waitlist. If you have a code, use it. If you do not, ask the person who told you about this, or ask me.
